• (A) In order to make this free Service viable, and in order to maximise its benefit to you, it is a condition of your registration that your Data is passed to Advertisers whose promotions you choose to print, and to our subcontractor, who may use your Data for certain defined purposes set out below, including for contacting you about goods and services that may interest you. Should you prefer not to have your Data used in this way you may choose not to register for the Service, or to opt-out (i.e. deregister) at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy by ensuring that your Data is only used responsibly, and only for the permitted purposes.

1. Our use of your Data

We will use your Data:

• (a) for the purpose of general anonymised statistical analysis in order to improve and better target our products and services;

• (c) to pass to Advertisers and our sub-contractors in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 below; and

2. Advertisers' use of your Data

Advertisers will be passed your Data when you elect to click on and print their Promotional Offers. Such Advertisers may use your Data:

• (a) for the purpose of general anonymised statistical analysis in order to improve and better target the products and services offered and promoted by the Advertiser; and
  
  
• (b) for the purpose of direct marketing to you (by email, post or telephone) in respect of goods and services supplied by the Advertiser which are similar to those covered in the Promotional Offers you have clicked on and printed; and
  
  
• (c) to transfer to a third party as part of a sale of all or part of the business of the Advertiser.

3. Our sub-contractors' use of your Data

Our sub-contractor, initially BluRoute Ltd, will use your Data:

• (a) for the purpose of providing the Service on our behalf (including monitoring IP addresses and placing cookies as set out below);
  
  
• (b) for the purpose of general anonymised statistical analysis in order to improve its services;
  
  
• (c) in order to transfer your Data to a responsible third party who wishes to use it for the purpose of contacting you (by email, post or telephone) in respect of goods and services which match your registration and search criteria; and
  
  
• (d) or as part of a sale of all or part of its business.

4. Third parties' use of your Data

• Where your Data is passed by BluRoute Ltd to a responsible third party in accordance with 3(c) above, such third party will use your Data for the purpose of contacting you (by email, post or telephone) in respect of goods and services which match your registration and search criteria.

5. Your IP Address and cookies

• When you visit our site, we automatically log (or have logged on our behalf) your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by a web server. • We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time using the Change Profile feature.

• We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
